Praise & Reviews

You are about to read an inspiring and important book. You are about to read Jim Dustin’s fascinating story of how to respond to the falling dominos of caregiving, and how to go on living and loving in the face of more dominos.

You are about to read how Jim does caregiving in ways that work—and how he then improves those ways so that they work even better. Best of all, you are about to learn how you, too, can become a kind and skilled caregiver.

Jim and I met more than fifty years ago when I was a high school English teacher. Jim wrote stories back then that had the same sense of humour and the same flair that you will find here.

If you read any of my books—all of them designed by Jim—you will see what Jim can do with his brilliant graphics, his sense of sequence, and his passion for making a book useable by the reader.

In this book of his own, Jim brings together all his skills, intuition, wisdom, and love. You will learn how to deal with the falling dominos of caregiving. And you will learn how it is possible to love someone as passionately as Jim loves Linda.

With your own wisdom and your own love—and the addition of what you learn from Jim—you too will become one of the many loving caregivers that we need in this world.

Onward,
